Arpit has done his MSECE from Georgia Tech and BE in Electronics and Instrumentation from R V College of Engineering Bangalore with excellent academic track record all throughout.
He is presently working with Ericsson as an SoC Physical Design Engineer based in Austin TX, USA on H-1B visa.
His hobbies include reading, movies, sports and technology.
Some horoscope websites show him as anshik manglik wherein manglik dosha has been cancelled due to various astrological rules and hence as per astrologers his profile is suitable for both manglik and non manglik matches.

Arpit's father Mr. Yatendra (YK) Gupta with MS Physics, PG in Computer Sc and MBA has worked as Senior Director/VP/GM in multiple MNCs like HP, Mindtree, GlobalLogic and Mindteck, both in India and USA.... more Currently he is a Director-Business Development to a product and engineering services start-up.
Arpits mother has an MA. She is a homemaker and teaches Hindi as a hobby to elementary, middle and high school students.
He has an elder brother who is MTech (Advance Semiconductor Electronics) from Pilani working in a US MNC in Bangalore as a Sr. Principal Analog Design Engineer, is married and blessed with a son, who is five plus years old.
His Bhabhi is B.Tech, working as a Leas Engineer in an US MNC India Development Centre in Bangalore.

We are from Delhi, belong to a Gupta Bania family, traditionally from North India. Many of his uncles and cousins in extended family are highly qualified, doctors or engineers, living in India and USA.
As a family we believe in human values, respect for elders, are a well-knit family and socially well connected. We believe in equality, growth and happiness for all with progressive thinking.
We have lived in Delhi for about 17 years, then USA for over 3 years with Arpit doing schooling in NJ and moved back to India in 2004. Parents and brothers family have now settled in Bangalore since then.
