A brief from my daughter about herself -

I grew up in the Airforce background; that enlivened a childhood involving living in multiple cities and studying in different schools, with the most prominent ones being Airforce schools.

I graduated high school from DPS Vasant Kunj in New Delhi to then pursue a Bachelors in Management Studies (BMS) from Narsee Monjee in Mumbai, where I scored a 7/7 GPA and bagged a bunch of accolades for the Debating club. The 3 years I spent there went into exploring food and making life long friends.

To further my career and gain exposure outside of India, I made a conscious decision to pursue a Masters in Finance from the reputed University of Melbourne, where I was honoured with an International Merit Scholarship from the Faculty of Business and Economics. Much of my time was spent in libraries and where I became fond of Finance & Investment. I finished my CFA level 2 at top 10%-ile, and on my way to the next... more level.

I am currently based in Melbourne, working in Wealth Management as an Investment Analyst, and this is where I see myself settling as well, with the aim to have my parents live with me too at some point. I would describe myself as friendly and hardworking, which can often be a hard balance to maintain. Living away from my parents after I moved to Australia has made me quite self sufficient in daily chores. I spend my evenings running and weekends hiking (if you see me on the trails, don't forget to say hi!). I take pride in maintaining a work-life balance, and resorting to meditation to wind down. My friend circle is very multi-cultural and we all love to try out new experiences and cuisines.


About my Family:

My father is an Executive Pilot at Adani Group and my mother has retired as a teacher. They have been together for 35+ years and are my relentless champions. They are currently living in Ahmedabad where they live in what I like to jokingly call their humble mansion because really it is a penthouse. Both are avid sports lovers, my mum loves to swim and dad loves to marathon; both play golf. They have worked very hard to provide for their children and built a comfortable life for their retirement, something I do not take for granted. My older and only brother is a Senior Data Scientist at Wesfarmers in Melbourne, who swears by Manchester United. My drive and zeal are a result of their upbringing.
They enjoy the occasional leg pulling since I am the youngest in the family, and the humour runs in the family, but they are also the kindest and most generous people I know, who never shy away from being of service to those around them, unconditionally.

About my Partner:

I am looking for someone who is humble, smart and sociable; a partner in crime of sorts. Someone who is willing to grow together, share their ideas and build a community of people we can call friends and family.
