Let me describe myself in a few words.
I would like to say I have a progressive mindset, but I also learn something new everyday. When I look back I am more understanding of many things I could not digest a few years back. I beleive staying open minded is one of my biggest strengths.

I did my schooling in Dubai and went back to Kerala to do my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Once out of college I worked for 3 years in a Contracting company as a Project Engineer.

Identifying my strengths and weaknesses in carrying out the role I was assigned, I decided to pursue a Masters degree in Management to better myself. I did my M.Sc in Management from University of Leeds. Upon graduation, I did struggle a bit to find a role that suited my liking. I was finally able to join a Contracting company based in Southampton as a Assistant Project Manager.

Possibly by identifying my calibre, I was soon promoted as a Junior Project Manager within my first... more review meeting. I have been with the company for about 2 years now.

As far as my personal life is concerned, I hold my friends quite dear only second to my family. I was a shy child during my school years due to lack of exposure and situations I was brought up in, which in turn resulted in me having close to no friends. All this changed when I joined my B.Tech, where one of my major goals was to actually be more open and socialise more. I was finally able to have some really good friends who I cherish and even to this day maintain contact with and value them, after all, they contributed a lot to who I am today.

Finally talking about family, I have a father, who owns a business in Dubai working on MEP contracting (Same company I worked in for 3 years). My mom is a brilliant home maker, who instilled the most important qualities in me at a young age. I have a sister who is working as a BIM Manager for a contarcting company and is married and gave me 2 fabulous neices.
