Greetings! A brief introduction about myself.

I believe in being fair, simple, and straightforward in both my personal and professional life. I am an independent, outgoing, strong-willed, sincere, hard-working, trustworthy, ambitious, and career-oriented individual with a strong foundation in construction management and research. I have pursued a strong academic path in construction management and engineering. I hold an M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Pune University (MIT Pune), and an MBA from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Hyderabad. Additionally, I have been awarded a research fellowship by the University of Washington and have received the CM Leaders Scholarship (Washington Chapter) and the Construction Management Association of America Scholar recognition (Pacific West Chapter, Washington). I am currently engaged in applied research in supply chain management, communication, and lean construction projects. My journey has been marked by dedication, earning prestigious research fellowships and scholarships, and securing an internship with Turner Construction in the competitive U.S. market. Professionally, I started as a junior engineer in 2019 and quickly climbed the corporate ladder, working on high-rise commercial projects for K Raheja Corp. in India. Within a year, I was promoted to Senior Executive before pursuing my master's degree. My long-term goal is to establish a construction engineering consulting firm in North America and Asia, focusing on tackling complex industry challenges.

I come from a well-educated and professionally accomplished family with strong values and a supportive environment. Our family is based in Satara, Maharashtra, with moderate values. Our business profiles are in Mumbai, Pune, Satara.My father is a businessman involved in civil construction and development, while my mother works as an assistant branch manager in a nationalised bank. My younger sister, Dr. Janhavi Name Visible on Login (MBBS), is currently completing her internship and preparing for NEET PG, and she is unmarried. Our extended family is also well-established in various fields; my maternal aunts have retired as branch managers from nationalised banks, while my paternal aunts are professionals in medicine and law. Additionally, my uncles are engaged in civil construction and the manufacturing of construction materials. Family gatherings are a significant part of our lives, and we make it a point to come together for important family functions, strengthening our relationships. Among all, my father is my go-to person, as his wisdom, experience, and unwavering support always help me navigate through challenges. We also have a deep affection for pets, as they bring warmth and joy to our home.

I enjoy trekking, playing cricket and snooker, and spending time with family. I appreciate all kinds of cuisine and have a keen interest in travelling. I am organised in my approach to life, balancing work and leisure effectively. Having recently moved from India to Seattle, USA, I look forward to exploring new opportunities and experiences.
