After getting introduced in Shaadi.com, What started as email exchanges and chats let to phone calls. After talking for about a month on phone, Kavitha and Madhu agreed to meet finally!!! Madhu flew from Houston to Washington DC to take his dream girl out on their first date. Exiting the plane Madhu found her waiting for him with a welcoming smile. Together, they ventured out to explore DC. They roamed around the national mall, her work place, White house, Lincoln Memorial etc! Madhu took Kavitha to ?The Melting Pot? for dinner. After having shrimp and crab, Madhu started to show symptoms of his allergies. Kavitha got afraid initially but showed confidence. Madhu thought surely this was the perfect time for her to bail, but she didn?t. They had an amazing day and talked the night away! Their first date ended at 2 am! Kavitha could not sleep that night ? she was floating on cloud nine! And Madhu realized Kavitha was everything that he thought she would be, and more! And as they say, the rest is history. They each agree that they have finally found their soulmate for life and could not be happier.
